I wrote a book about Opportunity Zones

I’ve been covering Opportunity Zone investing since 2018 through my OpportunityZones.com platform. When Opportunity Zones were renewed and made permanent as part of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act last July, I decided it was time to write a book about the program. The Opportunity Zones Playbook is now available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and wherever books are sold. The book features a foreword written by US Senator Tim Scott, and is written for anyone looking to use Opportunity Zones as a tool for long-term, tax-smart investing.

I wrote this book for the new OZ 2.0 era.
